- **Water**: 1.5 liters

- **Soy cream**: 100ml

- **Cabbage**: 200g (1 bag, cooked and blended)

- **Salt**: to taste (around 1g)

- **Pepper**: to taste (around 1g


Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Cabbage**: Cook half of the cabbage (100g) in boiling water until tender, then blend it until smooth. Set aside.

2. **Prepare the Lentils**: Rinse the lentils under cold water. Drain and set aside.

3. **Cook the Vegetables**: In a large pot, add the fresh vegetable soup mix and dry soup mix. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

4. **Add Lentils**: Once boiling, add the rinsed lentils and stock cubes. Stir well and reduce the heat to a simmer.

5. **Simmer**: Let the soup simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the lentils and vegetables are tender.

6. **Incorporate Cabbage**: Stir in the blended cabbage and the remaining raw cabbage (100g) into the soup for added texture.
