Parmesan Cloud Bread

A fabulous alternative to bread. This delicious Parmesan cloud bread hits all the right notes. At only 135 calories per portion and a whopping 9.7 grams of protein, it makes a perfect high protein, low carb snack or as part of a meal. It is very versatile. Try it with a slice of bacon and poached egg on top or with a homemade burger & salad or even as a sandwich!
Ingredients
225g Light Soft Cheese
2 Large Eggs
4 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
40g Gram Flour
Method
Preheat your oven or air fryer or oven to 150 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg white until it is forming soft peaks. In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks with the Parmesan cheese and soft cheese, sift in the gram flour and fold in until smooth. Now fold in the egg white until fully combined.
Line a baking tray and lightly spray with a little olive oil.
Spoon into 6 round thick discs or spread out and slice into squares once cooked. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and they are just firm to touch.
Once baked, allow it to cool.
