Protein Pancakes made with Gram Flour, also Gluten Free!

These delicious pancakes are made with gram flour (yellow split peas) which not only makes them a great source of protein but also gluten free. With animpressive 6g of protein per pancake and just 92 calories each they make a perfect protein snack. Incorporating just a handful of ingredients means they can be whipped up in no time. Serve with your favourite toppings.
Ingredients makes 6
60g Gram Flour
90ml Water
1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Flavouring
2 Eggs
Blend all ingredients together, leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a non stick frying pan and brush lightly with oil (I used coconut oil). Add a large spoonful and tilt to cover the base of the pan, cook until bubbles start to form then flip over for another few seconds. Serve with your favourite toppings.
