Potato Salad with Bacon & Parmesan

This is possibly the tastiest potato salad I’ve ever tried. The bacon and Parmesan in this recipe really takes this dish to new heights. It’s easy to make and perfect for any salad, bbq or just on its own.
2.5kg Salad/New potatoes (skin on)
150g Cooked Diced Bacon
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Onion Granules
2 Teaspoons Chopped Chives
2 Spring Onions finely chopped
6 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
Method
Clean the potatoes and boil in a large pan of boiling water until fully cooked. Drain and allow to cool.
Mux in the Mayonnaise, cooked bacon , Parmesan, garlic, parsley, onion granules, chives anc spring onions .
