Air Fryer Granola

You can beat homemade granola, especially one cooked in ten minutes in the air fryer. Not only does it taste delicious, you can make your own varieties plus you’re not adding any unnecessary additives or preservatives.
Ingredients
300g rolled oats
100g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower & sesame)
100g Chopped Nuts
150g mixed dried fruit (cranberries, chopped apricots, chopped dried apple, sultanas)
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Rapeseed or Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees. Add the oil and honey/maple syrup and cook for a few minutes.
Mix together the oats, seeds, nuts, flaked almonds and cinnamon together. Stir in the granola mix. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring half way through. Next add the fruit and cook for another 2 minutes. once cooled store in an air tight container.
For an even cruncher texture double up the oil and honey/maple syrup
